These terms govern your use of pmxductwork.com and any order you place with PMX Ductwork. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Prices shown by the configurator are estimates based on the dimensions and materials you enter. We confirm final pricing on your written quote before fabrication begins. Quoted prices are held for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Most fittings are made to order from the dimensions you supply. You are responsible for the measurements you provide. Because items are custom, we begin cutting metal only after you approve the order.
Custom-fabricated parts are non-returnable unless they were made incorrectly against your approved order, in which case we remake or refund them. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to report a fabrication error.
Lead times depend on order size and current shop load and are stated on your quote. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for installation, system design, or consequential damages.
